Sheep, the products
The lambs produced by our commercial flock are mostly sold under the label “Terra Suisse” as they meet the requirements of this quality system set by the IP Suisse.
The meat of our lambs can also be bought at the farm, the transformation and processing is done in the valley. From sheep and yearling lambs we produce various regional specialities: salami and salametti, carne secca (dried meat), hamburgers, luganighette (bratwurst) and arrosticini, a typical speciality from Abruzzo in Italy.
All these products are produced in an artisan manner and under strict ecological conditions, in full respect of animals and environment “from stable to table”.
On request we can offer lamb skins in different colours.
